Software License Agreement

Grant of License

When you purchase a license for WebhookMon, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to run WebhookMon on up to three (3) personal Macintosh computers that you own or control.

Updates & Renewals

Your purchase includes twelve (12) months of software updates and new releases from the date of purchase. After 12 months, your installed version continues to run indefinitely. You may optionally purchase an annual renewal to extend update coverage for another year.

Trial License

A 14-day unrestricted evaluation license is provided to test WebhookMon. After 14 days, viewing captured events, headers and verdicts continues to work without a license; creating endpoints, forwarding, and replay require a paid license.

The Relay Service

WebhookMon depends on a hosted relay to receive webhooks on your behalf. The relay is provided as part of your license and is described in the privacy policy. We may change the relay's technical operation, or discontinue it with reasonable notice to license holders; we are not responsible for events a provider fails to deliver, or for downtime of the relay or of the provider sending the webhook.

The relay is provided for development and testing, not for production traffic. An account may receive up to 5,000 events per day (UTC) across all of its endpoints, and each endpoint up to 300 events per minute; deliveries above these limits are refused. An endpoint to which no device has connected for thirty (30) days is paused, and refuses deliveries, until a device connects to it again. We may suspend accounts that abuse the relay service.

WebhookMon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the author be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software or the relay service.
